Presenting the Window Room Scene from Henry’s POV!

If you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen me talk about posting the window room scene from Goddess Interrupted (Chapter 15, pages 220-226) in Henry’s POV when I reached 5,000 followers.

Well. Guess what. You guys are amazing, and we are totally there.

The scene is long.  Over 3,000 words long. And because WordPress is a pain, I’ve posted it in my LiveJournal account for easy access.

Before you read it, please keep a few things in mind: this has not been professionally edited. It’s fairly raw, so please forgive any typos or grammar errors. This may not line up completely with what happens in Goddess Interrupted, so please also forgive any minor (or major) continuity errors. The books are canon. This is more or less author-generated fan fiction. And please do not post this anywhere without my express permission.

Also, if you haven’t read Goddess Interrupted (#2 in the Goddess Test series), don’t read this. Seriously. Massive, MASSIVE spoilers for both the first and second books. And potentially some minor spoilers for Goddess Legacy, too.

    Not gunna lie I would LOVE to read Henry’s POV for all of Goddess Interrupted. I love Henry and want to read more of his side 🙂

    I thought reading the scene in Henry’s POV would make me think he was less of an idiot (Don’t get me wrong, I love Henry, I just thought he acted a little, no, a LOT stupid in the second book). NOT! Wow. I mean, he’s just so… clueless.

    hey omg love the series, i got my friend obsessed as much as i am, and i also got my mom reading them. i have so many thoughts about goddess inheritance. what i think might happen since cronus made the deal with kate. calliope makes sure she cant see the baby by using cronuses fog to blind her, then after they rescue her she has the baby and then falls in this deep depression because she cant see what the baby looks like, and henry gets very worried so he goes and asks the help of persephone. persephone comes and talks to kate and she crys in persephones arms while she trys to console her. she finally calms down and persephone asks if she would like to see henry, she goes to get him and he has the baby and he places it in kates arms. she starts crying again but then she feels a warm sensation on her face, as the baby heals her eyes and she looks at henry, her eyes arnt the bright blue they used to be, instead a bright shade of amber.

    please comment back i would love to know what you think of my idea 😀

    Oh My Gods. that was amazing. you know this series has had me change my perspectives on greek gods? haha i’m taking a latin class and we have been talking about the roman gods and everytime they said pluto took prosperina i felt like screaming NOOOOO!!! ITS ALL A LIE!!!!! D: it was an arranged marriage. haha but anyways, i CANNOT wait until february D:
